UCL 2024 Quarter Final First Leg Match Results
The first two matches of this season’s UCL Quarter final had a clash of even results of the teams participating. Arsenal had a 2-2 even score against Bayern Munich whereas, on the other hand, Real Madrid finished a 3-3 score against Man City.
Bayern and Man City will eventually feel satisfied by having a draw in both their away matches against their respective opponents. And both of them will have an advance one week time before they are going to host the second leg of the quarter final.
Amazing Goals and Results of QF:
Arsenal had a mixed performance with a combination of composure and sloppiness on the field against Bayern. Whereas both of Bayern’s goals came due to the complete disarray of Arsenal’s defense, they also scored two amazing goals in the game like Bayern did. However, the Gunners will need to clean up those types of errors heading into the second leg.
Simply put, almost every goal on Tuesday was beautiful. We’d already seen the Bayern classics, but here were Arsenal’s efforts from Bukayo Saka and Leandro Trossard (with a shoutout to Gabriel Jesus’ fancy footwork in setting him up). Joško Gvardiol’s goal was the highlight of Man City’s impressive performance. While Real Madrid’s first goal was somewhat fortunate, coming from a lucky deflection, Rodrygo gave Los Blancos a sneaky lead, and Federico Valverde nearly disintegrated the ball with his powerful first-timer.
Though there were some controversies regarding the referee calls in all the quarter final matches, still all of the matches were very exciting.
