José Miguel Iribar (age 21 years, 108 days)
Although younger goalkeepers have been selected for EURO teams (Iker Casillas for EURO 2000 and Igor Akinfeev for EURO 2004), Iribar made history on June 17, 1964, when Spain defeated Hungary 2-1. After his team defeated the USSR 2-1 four days later, he became the youngest winning custodian in EURO history.
